How and where does a sun room attach to a home?
Typically a sun room is attached to the back of the house. It may be
installed on an existing slab or deck. A new foundation can be built
to support any size room.
What maintenance is required?
Our sunrooms are easier to maintain than conventionally constructed
rooms. Use household glass cleaner on the windows and mild soap and
water on all other components.

How long does it take to build a sunroom?
Upon receiving your order, it usually takes our factory 5-10 working
days to produce your sunroom. Depending on size and complexity, it can
take just a few days to construct the room at the jobsite.
How much does a sunroom cost?
There are a wide variety of sizes, styles and options to choose from.
